BROWNIES

On th 7th of March we had 18 Brownies come to visit us and have a VIP tour of the Centre. Joel Scott the NCAC Deputy Manager was there Guide and also Teacher for the day.

They spent an hour and a quarter visiting cats that are not ready to rehome and gained some valuable tips on how to look after there own cat. We provided all girls with quizzes that they had to fill in as they were walking round the centre and the best answered quizzes won goody bags and certificates.

It turn out all there answers were superb and they all got there goody bags and certificates! We couldn't leave anyone out! Joel was absolutely thrilled with the knowledge and level of care the girls showed. He commented "Taking the Brownies round was a real pleasure and I was delight with there enthusiasm to learn more about cats. The girls answers to the questions were spot on, in fact they were teaching me some things by the end of the day!" We look forward to having more Brownie Groups and School Groups at the Centre, we are always looking forward to teaching youngsters about these amazing animals. If interested please contact Joel on 01825 741330 or ncac.webteam@cats.org.uk
